Replacement of pivot shoe cam

I have tilt windows that have a spiral balance. The metal cam of the pivot shoe broke. Is it possible to replace just the cam? If so, how is that done? Thanks.

Could I see a few pictures of the pivot shoe in question? That would be a huge help. Please also provide your width and thickness.

Thanks. The dimensions of the pivot shoe are 2 1/8 x 1 1/4 x 1/2. Here are some pictures of the pivot shoe and the window pivot(?).
