Hi there!

We can help with this. Before I recommend anything, can you also show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel.

Thank you kindly! Based on your photos, you can use the S385-27 with the 2630 stamp option. This comes attached with the 15-004 1-3/32" shoe.
