Thanks for reaching out. We do not have a replacement handle set that has the same hole spacing that you have, unfortunately.
I recommend double checking the measurements and comparing them to your handle set to our 40-193 to confirm if this replacement will work for you. This is the closest match we have to your existing hardware.
