Replacement of sweep latch

Hello - I just moved into a new home and I have several broken sweep latches to my windows. From the tag on the window, these appear to be Silverline single hung windows, part 52-2905-WHT. looking this up the latch seems to be 12-2241 but I can not definitely find a replacement for it. Can you please help? I need 5 of them. Thank you
