Replacement operator

Question

I have enclosed pictures of my track. The first one is one that is working fine. The second one is the broken one, the third one is the mechanism and the forth is an underneath shot. I'm not sure of the brand of window. Will I need a whole new mechanism ?

Hey Don. It looks to me that the casement window hinge is what is broken here. If the operator itself seems to crank normally, then I don't think you need to replace it. For the hinge, see if our 36-048 matches up. If you do need a new operator, see if the 39-171 has the same dimensions.
