Replacement operator

Thanks for writing in! There is a chance that we can supply you with the replacement balances needed for your window but I'll need a bit more information to confirm. Unfortunately, I am not able to confirm the replacement you need based on the brand. 

To start, I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator, preferably removed from the sash. I am looking to see the body of the operator as well as the arm(s) and how the operator connects to the bottom of the window.
