Replacement operator

Question

I have an NFRC 100 casement window and need a replacement operator. The existing operator will allow me to open the window, but not close it. I ordered what I thought was the correct part from your website and installed it, but it won't shut all the way. The part # I ordered was 39-090. I'm hoping you can point me in the right direction. The images attached show the old operator removed from the window, and the new operator installed in the window.

Your operator looks like a match to our 39-188, which has a tighter zig-zag orientation in the base arm than the 39-090 that you ordered. Take a look and see if you agree. Thanks for posting!
