Replacement operator for Thermalgard window

A home owner from CA says:
Hello, can you help me find the appropriate operator replacement?
FYI I need the opposite orientation as the broken operator is on another window which I currently can't open (see picture of closed window).
Also note that the arm steps up towards the window, not down.
Thank you !!

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Sure, I think you want our 39-031. Just make sure the dimensions all match up.

I believe the offset on our link arm steps down, but it should still work. They don't make it the other way anymore so it is your only option.

A home owner from CA says:
Just ordered and hope it will fit. Thanks Tom!
