Beginning with your operator, see if our 39-171 and 39-172 will do the trick. For your hinge, our 36-048 should be able to be used in place of your current hinge set.

What is the part number for the pivot bracket underneath the hinge? I need a complete hardware set to rebuild windows for a customer.

I'm not sure as to which part it is you refer. There shouldn't be anything under the hinge on this kind of window. Can you show me a picture of the part in question?
