Replacement operators for Awning/Jalousie Window

Im not sure if the windows are jalousie or Awning. They are quite old and have no numbers on them. They are all aluminum and I would describe them as stacked awning windows. The panes are aproximatly 2'x3' and there are 4 stacked. My quick measurements for the operator:
1. The two bottom hole spacing is approximately 1"
2. The spacing between the top hole and the bottom is approximately 5.25"
3. The arm is approximately 2-3/8"
