Replacement outside handle with key

Question

Hello,
I'd like to replace handle with a key one. So that I can unlock it from outside.
The screws on inside handle are 4" apart.

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. Since your thumb lever appears to be in the bottom position, you should be able to use our 82-086 key lock handle set to replace what you have now. Look it over and let me know if you had any questions.
