9#27 Replacement part

Hey  one of my balances broke and I'm trying to replace it but I'm having a hard time finding the part . I posted 3 pic which says the part #  but looks like they converted the part # to something else

I recommend the 24-939. This can replace Andersen sash balances with a "9#27" stamp, like yours.
