Thanks for writing in. It's a bit tough to tell without seeing an undamaged mechanism, but my first thought is this resembles our 39-221B Dyad Operator. This operator has a similar 'offset' in the gear arm like yours does, but I'm not sure if the link arm (the part of the arm that connects with the sash) is identical. Compare an undamaged operator if possible to the dimensions below, and let me know if anything differs.
