This part broke on the right hand side of our window. We were able to remove th pieces after creating a cutout to remove per your video. Are you able to identify whether you carry this part for us to purchase?

Thanks for posting. It looks like you are looking for our 15-087 housing pivot. Our Series 180 coil spring will go along with the shoe. Take a look and see if these are the parts you have been looking for.
