Hi, I am looking for the part pictured - it has the handle that twists to open the window, everything else about the window works. The window is Truth brand. Thank you very much!

Hmm...It looks like your "worm" gear has pulled out of the operator body. Take a look at the different size operators, along with the other related parts we placed in a list on this page for you to review. I believe these maybe the type of operators that you are looking for.
