Replacement channel balance and top sash guide
I am confident we can help find a replacement top sash guide and balance. For the balance, we need to see another photo showing the nylon fitting at the opposite end of the balance. Please also provide the metal length measurement of the part. As for the top sash guide, could you get back to us with another photo showing the front side of it? Measurements are also needed. Thank you for replying back with your photos and information. Start with having a look at our S380-30 and S385-30 channel balance. The only difference between these two parts is the 'depth' measurement of the bottom balance shoe. You will need to measure the depth of your bottom shoe, the way it is shown in the diagram below, to determine which of the two balance is the better match. Whichever one chosen will use a 2930 option that holds a sash weight of 16-23 pounds. As for your top sash guide, see if our 18-166 is a good match.
There is a possibility that you're show may have worn down over time. But, I think the Series 385 will still work. Get back to us if any other questions or concerns come up.
