We can supply this balance, but it's a special extended-travel type configuration that has to be a custom order. That unfortunately means that I will need much more information from you.
To start, we need a clear picture of the top fitting, bottom fitting, the stamp printed on the metal channel, and the metal clip at the end of the cord. Please note that all of these details are essential and we will not be able to proceed without them. That will require removing a whole and undamaged version of this balance from the window.
I will also need to know exactly how many you needed. Once I have these pieces of information, I can email you a purchase link and price quote that you can use to place an order on our site.
I'm sorry to say that seeing the sash itself will not tell me anything regarding the balance. Knowing the stamp is definitely helpful, but I still need all the other piece of information I requested back in May before we can proceed. Without them, we cannot help.
