The only identifier is Koto. I do not have a part code. I need a replacement for the part that broke (not pictured). I can provide measurements.

Thanks for reaching out. Our 38-139 was the first lock to come to mind. I recommend you carefully review the specifications, especially the projection of the fork, to see how they match up with yours.
