Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid I don't know what you have in either case. The casement window lock looks like something we might carry, but I can't see enough of it to verify. Can you show me a clear photo of it removed and without obstruction?

As for the washer, I don't recognize that at all. What is its function? Can you also tell me where it installs?

I'm afraid this picture doesn't show me what I asked for. To clarify, I need to see the lock completely removed and without obstruction. The key detail here is the design and size of the locking arm, which is still in the window frame and hidden from view. That is an essential detail, so full removal is necessary at this stage.
