Replacement part

Quick Learner from Burley, Idaho
The gears seem to be in tact in my Pozzi window. The screw gear part seems to be stripped. It will open. But not close. The rotating arms seem ok. Do you have anything to help me?

Hello,

Unfortunately, the operator spline is not able to be repaired once it comes out of the base, so the entire operator would need to be replaced. We should be able to provide a match but we'll need to see the entire assembly with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. Your operator resembles either the Caradco or EntryGard operators we've related on this page for you to review. The determining factor would be the length of the shorter link arm.

If you need new hinges as well, take a look at the 36-048 set with a 10" base.
