Replacement part

Question

I ordered and received replacement parts. The parts were all correct. I forgot to order one part. It is the link bar connecting the crank assembly to the window. It is approx 3 inches long. I am sorry I don't have the part to measure it. Can you identify the part from the order number I referenced?

We appreciate you contacting us! It sounds like you may be referring to the stud bracket that connects the operator link arm to the bottom of the swinging sash. Since you do not have the original to compare, it will take some trial and error on your part to figure out exactly which bracket you might need.

Take a look at our 39-513 (or its opposite handed version 39-514), the 39-508, or even the 39-561. See if any of these might be what you need to complete your repairs.
