Thanks for posting! From what I can see in your photos, it appears you have the 39-031 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator. Take a look over the dimensions to confirm. You'll want to be especially sure to confirm the link arm measurement.

The covers, handles and other compatible hardware are sold separately. I've tagged them below for your review.
