To move forward, are you able to provide the thickness of the coil springs? They should either be 3/8" or 1/2" thick. Do you see any numbers stamped into the metal? It would be also be helpful to know the weight of the window sash that these coils support. From there we can determine the correct series for your window. Thank you!
