To further review, are you able to show us the metal clip/attachment at the end of the pulley cord along with a clearer image of the top of the balance to confirm how it installs into the window channel?

Your balance resembles the Series 770, but with a rivet at the top to be installed with a S-clip. We can assemble the rivet in the top via a custom order.

To further review, can you confirm that the metal channel measures 23 inches long?

Your original 23C stamp should translate to a 24C stamp that can support a 17-22 pound window sash, but we recommend weighing the sash to confirm as these balances are nonrefundable. 

Please note that the balance will have a rivet installed in the top hole. Your original has the rivet a little bit lower. Due to this difference, you may need to use a shorter S-clip like the 19-029 (sold separately) to install to make up the difference.
