Hi, please note the 2 pictures.
the arms work, but the mechanism came out of the hole where the handle connects.
Can you please advise replacement parts?

It's difficult to identify your operator while it's still installed, but my best guess would be our 39-083. Look it over and let me know if you agree, or if you had any follow-up questions.
