Replacement part ID

Home Owner from Las Vegas, NV
Several window balancers have failed and need replacement. I'm not sure which part or series I need to order. Also, the sealed window glass on several windows has separated from the vinyl frame and I need to know how to ID the exterior trim piece securing the window to the frame. Any and all help/direction is appreciated.
Thank you.

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S378, S380, or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need (1420) options for the 15" and (2630) for the 27" channels. Thank you, and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

I need additional help locating a replacement glazing trim. I've looked at the website and can't locate it I've attached photo's of the existing glazing and a diagram with measurements. Any additional help is appreciated.
Thanks, Bill

We don't carry an exact match for your glazing bead, but the 55-197 would be our closest option. We can't make any guarantees, but review the specifications below and see what you think.

Hi Paul,the
55-197 looks very similar.  Is it available in a tan color?

Unforutnately, the 55-197 is not available in tan. Past customers paint our glazing to match their windows in a pinch.
