Hello, I have some mystery-aged Viking non-tilt windows in a manufactured home. The nylon guide attached to the spring on a few of them has broken. I'm debating replacing just the nylon part vs the entire balancer since they seem old if the nylon is getting brittle. Can you help me identify the balancer and nylon replacement guide part? I cannot take a photo installed as I'm not able to by myself and really don't have anyone to help me remove a window with one still attached.
The metal shaft is stamped with a 15 3, and the length is either 15-1/2 or 15-5/8, again a little beyong my ability to verify with certainty.
Thanks in advance for your help.

We can definitely replace these balances, but it will have to be specially made. Please give us a little more time as we look into its availability, and I'll let you know as soon as we have an answer for you.
In the meantime, can you tell me how many you need? Pricing for these balances will be affected by quantity, so it'll help if we can determine that early.

Thanks so much for the quick response. I need 4 of these balances for 2 windows.
I have more windows I'll bet will need balances soon (5 more in fact), but are different size and stamp, but same style of balance.

Okay! I'll email you an order link for 4 right now. If you ever need those other balances, we're happy to help with those, as well.
