Replacement part description, please

Question

I need to replace four of these, so I need to know what is the item number where to buy them also, I need instructions on how to take the lower sash out and installation of the balance.

Thanks for reaching out to us, Andy. I'm not quite sure what you may have here. Can you write out the length, width, and height of the ribbed metal channel? I also don't recognize the bottom twisted metal piece at the end of the balance channel. May we see a photo of this balance installed in the window track? Those details might help with our search.
