Replacement part for Acme top roller assembly 17-4207-000

I am missing the long adjustment screw (with the spring) from my top bracket (17-4207-000). will the screw from 23-037 work or would I need to replace the whole assembly?

I'm not sure, I've never transferred the screw from one roller to another. You're probably better off just replacing the whole roller assembly.

Can we see a clearer picture of it? Does it have a wheel or is it using some kind of guide?
