Replacement part for Marvin window

Home Owner from Westborough, MA
I need to replace the crank from a Marvin window.
The identifying numbers/letters on the window are
01 IGCC CBA IGMAC made in 1991
A couple of the teeth on the gear in the crank have broken off

Hello,

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 39-031 and 39-032 EntryGard operators to yours, paying close attention to the length of the link arm. Please note that the link arm also has a downward offset, while yours appears to be upward. Past customers have still been able to install our operators but it may require a bit of manipulation to attach the arm to the sash bracket. We also offer the 39-107FK handle and cover kit for these operators. Thanks for posting!

I came across this post on a google search. I'm having the exact problem with my exact same 1991 Marvin window crank. You mention "manipulation" to attach the arm to install. Can you elaborate?

Unfortunately, there are no precise instructions I can give you, but it will take some elbow grease and patience to align the end of the link arm with the bracket since it has the opposite offset, which will create more resistance during installation.
