Replacement part for Milgard Window

Good afternoon

i'm in the process of replacing a milgard window channel balance.

the part is stamped with the following:
32 9 aw cmc 2

the balance is measured 33 inches long 1/2 inch can you advise on the replacement part --- i believe it is 33" series 380 channel balance option 3260 thanks in advance for your assistance. Robert

Hey, Robert. I can't really tell what Series you have based on this image. The shoe could either be our 15-004 or 15-005, but I don't know which one. Did you compare their dimensions to your own shoe? If not, check it out and see which is a better match.

I also do not see the top attachment. Is it the 19-005? There's a possibility it could also be the 19-002, so you should confirm before purchasing anything.
