Hi,
I need to replace several Left hand and right hand orientated True window cranks. There is a part number stamped on one of the arms - 20544. Would be grateful to know whether you sell a replacement mechanism as I have several which are non-functional. Thanks.

Thanks for posting. It looks like you have dual-arm operators like our 39-031 and 39-032. Compare with the diagram below, and see if these dimensions match your existing assemblies. Let me know if anything differs in regards to the arm lengths in any way. For handles and covers that work with these operators, see the 39-114L and 39-107 sold separately.

Thanks for the rapid response. The dimensions appear equivalent. One concern is the current mechanism has three arms, not the two shown in your pictures. The third arm looks to be independent of the cranking mechanism though - maybe a guide arm for the window itself?

Yep, that's just the hinge arm. It's not physically attached to the operator, but is in fact a separate mechanism entirely.
