Replacement part for crank out

Question

We have crank out windows from like 15 years ago or more. The plastic piece cracked and need a couple extas. If I'm looking at window from the inside out it's the part that is on the window panel to the right.

Please take a look at our 39-417 tie bar guide. Even though the design looks a little different than yours, it should still be able to function the same way.
