Replacement part for double hung window

This old rod balance isn't made anymore but we can still help. It looks like your assembly uses the 15-043 terminal clip which means you'd want the Series 770 channel balance. You'll just need to measure an undamaged balance to determine the length and weigh the window sash on a scale to determine the strength option.
