The function of being able to lock this door is not working. We removed the above part in hopes of figuring out what was wrong. In checking it out we determined we needed to get a replacement part. We need to know the correct part, as there is no number on the part to help us in ordering it. We do know it's a Swisco product based upon the info we received when the house was built in 2003. Your help would be so greatly appreciated.
