Window Balance 33 4 EQ Caldwell

Hello - I am trying to find a replacement part for my window. It measures 34" long (minus the plastic tips) and 1/2" wide. The printed code on it says: 33 4 EQ Caldwell. I seem to be having trouble emailing you the pictures. Can you help?

We've received your picture, which shows the stamp and bottom attachment. Could you show us the top attachment, as well? Also, look through our selection of 1/2" wide balances, I'm confident the balance you need is among this selection.

Hello - I tried to upload several images but it seems that your website doesn't do well with large images. I'm trying to upload screenshots instead. Can you make a recommendation based on the pictures I've attached? There are several balances that look too similar to me to make a call.

We recommend you taking a look at our S385-34 channel balance with a 3340 option. We believe this may be what you have been looking for.
