I bought a house that has Pella replacement tilt in windows. There is a part located on both sides of the upper window that keep the lower window from opening more than 2". A few of them are broken so I'm hoping to replace them. I have sent a picture as a referance.

Thanks for posting, Julie. Have you seen our 26-362 Sash Vent Lock? Compare it to your existing hardware and let me know what you think. This appears to be a great option to me but you can check out our dimensions to verify.
