I have a 92" height aluminum patio door that's hard to open and close.Cleaned tracks and adjusted rollers but it did not make any difference. The only readable information on the placard is SGD-R20. Replacing the rollers is my next options and would like to know if you have the part number and avoid removing the doors for comparison at Home Depot or Lowe's. Also trying to avoid an open patio while waiting replacement part in the mail.
Thank you

Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, you won't be able to get away without removing your original rollers to ID them. That is the only method available to you. I know it's a hassle, but you have to understand that patio door manufacturers would much rather you just buy a new door instead of trying to repair it. They don't want to make it easy for you.
We can help you avoid that, but we need a photo of the roller assembly out of the door before we can recommend anything.
