Replacement part for sliding closet door

I have a need for some replacement sliding closet door guides. On the guides they are a Lawrence Bros. MFG. On the base of the guides are two sets of numbers line 1- U.S.PAT.3.000.046 line 2- CAN.276. (1962) There are also fractional numbers for the closet door thickness along the adjustable base. The home was built in 1972.

Lawrence Brothers no longer makes parts for closet doors. We'll need the thickness of your doors to help find a closet floor guide. Thank you!
