Replacement part for spiral balance

Missing whatever is supposed to go on the end of the spiral which connects to window. Not sure if I need a specific type.

Hello!
I'm afraid we can't ID what you have from these pictures alone. We really need to see that missing piece that goes on the end of your spiral tip. Is there an identical window in the house? If there is, we can use that as a reference.

Well, I feel a little better about all the googling I did and still no idea what I need.
My roommates windows were in a little better shape but still not much is left of the end piece.
Some of the windows have stickers where I can still make out "code86-1" ifthat means anything.
I didn't even know that these things were up in there until I got ambitious and did some spring cleaning the other day and realized I could take the sash out of the frame.

Thank you for the additional pictures! It looks like the shoe on your balance is broken so it's hard to say but this looks similar to our Series 300 3/8" diameter spiral balance. Look over the specifications and compare them to yours and let me know if you have any questions.
