Replacement part identification request

Thanks for posting! Your channel balance can be replaced with either our S380-27 with a 1" shoe or the S385-27 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which series you have, you'll need to confirm the depth measurement of your shoe. Take a look at the video below for reference.

You should be able to use our 2620 stamp option for your replacement but you may want to double check that your sash weighs 9 to 13lbs.
