Replacement part needed

Good Afternoon, I'm trying to determine what the appropriate replacement part is for the attached. It's for a tilt window, 41 inches long. Please let me know what additional information wound be helpful.

This part is called a channel balance. We can replace it, but I'll need a picture of the clip or hook that was at the end of the cord. That would allow me to confirm what you need. I will also need to know the stamp printed on the metal channel and how many you were looking to purchase.

The stamp is 40S36
It's a S hook/clamp at the end , block and tackle, 41 inches.

We need just one if possible

When you say S hook, are you referring to something like our 19-029 or 19-030? These go on the top of the balance, where that rivet is installed, but what I need to see is whatever is at the end of the cord. Do you have an undamaged balance we can use as a reference?

Yes those are the clips .. the only parts I have available are what I attached unfortunately, it's the one window that needs to be replaced.. do you have a number we can contact you at?

We do have a number, but I don't think talking on the phone is going to get to the bottom of this. We absolutely need to see the clip that was at the end of that cord. No amount of verbal description will do it, I'm afraid. Do you have an identical window elsewhere in the house that may still have its balance hardware? Without seeing how your balance attaches to the shoe, we don't know what balance to to make for you. Without that photo, we won't be able to proceed.
