Need new channel springs for a non tilt window. Not sure which model or version I need from you. May I get some guidance please? Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Take a look at the S378-17, S380-17, and S385-17 balances. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match. You can also select the 1630 stamp option for the replacement balances.
