Replacement part needed for an Anderson Window

A home owner from Vestal New York says:
The measurements of the glass 19" w x 19 3/4 T the window is about 36 years old.
On the back of the part it says

17
7198-17

The cross bar that attaches to the window is 13" long and the holes are 10" on center.
I don't see any other numbers / information except "Anderson window "

I've seen this operator a few times in the past. I'm afraid it's not made anymore, and Andersen never made a direct substitute. The only thing we have that may work is our 39-206, but we've never received confirmation that it works. I wish I could try it out myself, but I haven't been able to track down an accessible window like this in our area (short of barging into people's homes, anyway). Until then I can only tentatively suggest the 39-206 as a replacement, but I cannot guarantee if it will work. Sorry we can't offer anything better!
