Replacement part - window balance part

Greetings Experts!

Attached are four pictures of a replacement part we need. It is a small, plastic piece that screws into the side of the window and it holds the window balance in place.

Can you suggest a part that would work for me? Many thanks!

This looks a lot like our 18-142. Check it out and let me know if you agree.

I agree but the 18-142 has two holes in the middle. My part only has the one hole.

Ah, I see what you mean. Before we look any further, can you first confirm that the dimensions for our 18-142 match your own? Knowing that will be a huge help as we look for something a little closer.

The dimensions are basically the same as 18-142.

Thank you for your patience in this matter. We have been unable to find a version of our 18-142 with that single hole, but you may be able to substitute with our 18-065. Check it out and see what you think.
