Replacement parts

Thanks for writing in. This looks like a coil balance system. We can help replace this for you, but it would be best to see the entire system out of the window, particularly the pivot shoe that connects to the bottom of the window sash. The identity of the pivot shoe determines the type of coil balances you need. For help removing your coil balance system see the video below. 

We still need to see it removed from the window completely. Showing the parts to us from a different view will not greater our chances in being able to come up with any accurate recommendations. if you could please remove it completely out of the window and upload photos for us to see, it will greater our chances in finding the correct parts. Thank you! Please see our 15-192 pivot shoe, along with our Series 170 coil (for the bottom spring) and Series 171 coil (for the top spring). You should be able to reuse your old retainers since they look to be in good condition, but if not then see our 15-156 cover and 15-157 bushing.
