Hi Brain. Looks like you have either an S351-24 or S390-24. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You'll need a stamp option of 2330.

For the Top Sash Guides, see if either the 18-009 or 18-166 match the dimensions of your old guide.
