Are you able to identify these window coils top and bottom and send me a link to purchase. They released and i figured it best to replace them.

Thanks for writing in. That looks like a 15-111 Pivot Shoe. It works with either 3/8" thick Series 165 Coil Balances, or the 1/2" thick Series 160 springs. You'll need to remove the old coil springs and measure their thickness to confirm which series you need. The video below shows how to do this.
