Replacement parts

Thanks for posting! The window will not open or close because the worm gear that interacts with the gears on the base of the operator has been stripped. That said, you'll need to replace the entire mechanism.

I'm happy to recommend a replacement but I'll need to see a clearer photo of the shorter link arm attached to the bottom of the swinging window sash.

Thanks for the photos. Your window operator can be replaced with the 39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator. The opposite handed version is the 39-031. Be sure to compare the dimensions to confirm.
