Unfortunately, the stickers on the window won't provide us with the information that we need to replace your window hardware. We'll need to see some photos of the tilt latches on your window, as well as the pivot bar, removed from the window. Thanks in advance! 

Ah, I recognize this. Looks like an old Simonton shoe. There's a good chance that your old pivot bar is a match for our 26-336, but you should remove it from the shoe to confirm. The tip that's still in the shoe is a pretty important detail. We have detailed photos and measurements on the 26-336 store page you can use as a reference, so make sure to look those over to confirm if it's a match.
